This truck somehow looks Russian to me.
Where were these pictures taken or what site are they from?
Maybe you can contact the primairy source and ask for information?

I thought it was in a truck musuem in California, I just can't remember how I found it.

Its a Linn 10 ton.
Photos are from Hays Antique Truck Museum in Woodland CA.
